Product Specification
1. Iron core: adopt high quality cold rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, full oblique non-hole binding, five step joint iron core structure, low no-load loss, low noise.
2. Coil: The high and low voltage windings are all made of copper foil and copper wire. The high voltage windings are made of multi-layer cylindrical structure, which makes the distribution of ampere-turns of the winding balanced, small magnetic leakage, high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance, and the coil is dried by vacuum. Improve the electrical performance and mechanical strength of the winding.
3. Oil tank: The transformer adopts fully sealed structure, because the way of oil and air contact is isolated, insulation is not easy to be damp, the aging degree is greatly reduced, the reliability and service life of the transformer are greatly improved. The whole surface of the oil tank is sprayed with plastic after rust prevention treatment, which has strong corrosion resistance and is beautiful and generous.
Product Feature
1.Long Life Span
Fully sealed transformer eliminates oil storage tank and moisture absorver, transformer oil does not contact with external oxygen and moisture, greatly delaying the aging of insulation materials, enhancing the reliability of product operation, and extending the service life.
2. Free hanging core
All fasteners of the body structure of the product are self-locking nuts, and the limiting part around the body is closely matched with the fuel tank, which can withstand the bumps of long-distance transportation, and the body will not shift, so there is no need for core inspection before the product is put into operation.
3. New technology
Vacuum drying and vacuum oil injection and non-dipping paint technology are used in the manufacturing process of the product, which completely eliminates the air and water in the insulation material and improves the insulation strength and electrical performance inside the body.
4. Maintenance free
The fuel tank adopts full seal welding along the edge of the tank and the cover of the tank, with excellent performance and maintenance free during operation.
