Product Description
SC(B) series resin insulated dry type transformer is a kind of dry type transformer with epoxy resin for vacuum pouring insulation of the whole coil. The voltage level is 10kV, and the product capacity range is 30 ~ 25OOkVA. It is widely used in power stations, power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings in cities, user distribution stations and other power and distribution systems.
Product Feature
1.The low-voltage coil is foil-type winding structure, and the high-voltage coil is "trapezoidal" segmented structure, with low interlayer voltage and strong overvoltage tolerance.
2.The IEC international standard stipulates that the local discharge test value of dry type transformer should not exceed 20pc under the test voltage. Our epoxy casting series dry type transformer products adopt perfect manufacturing process, so that the local discharge test value of the product is lower than 5pc.
3.The whole coil resin casting, high mechanical strength, has a better ability to resist sudden short circuit.
4.The initial distribution of lightning impulse voltage along the winding affects the damage degree of transformer winding insulation. Improve the insulation structure of the end of the high voltage winding, so that the initial voltage distribution is close to linear, so that the transformer has good resistance to lightning impact
5.Resin casting series products adopt special structure, process measures and optimization design, so that the noise is greatly reduced. The overall noise level of the transformer is lower than the noise value in the national professional standard after the noise spectrum test. Suitable for cultural commercial and residential areas.
6.Resin casting series products are made of high quality conductor material, high quality high magnetic permeability silicon steel sheet, international advanced level of Joe shear equipment, advanced core stacking process, so that the product has low loss, reasonable and compact structure, beautiful appearance and low operating cost.
7.Long service life: good thermal stability, high reliability, long service life.
8.Safety: Insulation heat resistance grade F or H grade. Flame retardant, fireproof, explosion-proof, can be installed directly in the load center.
9.Good moist-proof performance, adapt to high humidity and other harsh operating environment.
