Product Description
Coil: It is made of high quality acal enameled round wire and flat copper wire. The coil of round structure has higher strength.
Oil tank: The transformer adopts fully sealed structure, canceling the oil storage tank, because the way of oil and air contact is isolated, insulation is not easy to be damp, the aging degree is greatly reduced, the reliability and service life of the transformer are greatly improved. The whole surface of the oil tank is sprayed with plastic after rust prevention treatment, which has strong corrosion resistance and is beautiful and generous.
Product Feature
Magnetic circuit balance
The three-phase magnetic circuit length of the three-dimensional coil core is equal and the shortest, so the magnetic circuit is balanced.
Lower losses
The three-dimensional coil iron core has no joints and no high magnetic area, and the magnetic flux direction is consistent with the grain orientation of the iron core material, which gives full play to its high magnetic permeability characteristics and greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current.
Less noise
The silicon steel strip of the single frame is closely connected, and the three single frames are spliced and solidified into an overall structure. The iron core is a closed structure, and the magnetic circuit is coherent and has no air gap, so that the noise is minimized.
Strong resistance to short circuit
The winding section is circular, the force is consistent, and the compression resistance is strong when the short circuit electric power is applied. The clamping part is a welded triangular overall structure with high stability and high overall strength.
